Implementation on Critical Centrifugal Fan Motor
A condition monitoring system has been integrated on the centrifugal fan motor, which is one of the most critical pieces of tobacco drying equipment in a facility that performs tobacco manufacturing. The fan must operate continuously in order to perform drying operations. A failure and downtime in the fan will cause disruption of the entire production line. The fan is driven by an induction motor and the movement is transmitted by a coupling.
